Her expertise and passion have led to the success of many of her students, who have gone on to run their own profitable food businesses.
Sophia's professional credentials are impressive, with a background in culinary education, she is a professionally trained chef and author of the popular cookbook "Cooking Meals With Ease". Sophia's wealth of knowledge in the culinary field is further reinforced by her alumni status from prestigious institutions such as University of Port Harcourt, The Tony Elumelu Foundation and Enterprise Development Centre of the Lagos Business School

Lead Culinary Intructor
Brenda Maxwell
Chef Brenda has several years of culinary experience she is responsible for teaching students the skills needed to become successful chefs. She provide hands-on instruction in a variety of topics related to cooking, pastry, and food preparation. In addition to teaching students the fundamentals of cooking techniques, she also provide guidance on techniques related to food styling and presentation, food safety, and nutrition. She is also be responsible for creating lesson plans and evaluation criteria for the academy.
She's passionate for food and cooking has a strong understanding of food and nutrition, as well as culinary techniques and presentation. She also has a good understanding of kitchen safety and food safety. Additionally, Chef Brenda have a good understanding of the local and national food trends, as well as a working knowledge of global cuisines. Finally, Chef Brenda has excellent organizational and communication skills.
