From classic French pastries to modern, innovative desserts, our class will teach you everything you need to know to make desserts that are sure to impress. In this class, you'll learn how to make a variety of desserts, including cakes, tarts, mousse, ice cream, and more. You'll start by learning the basics of ingredients, equipment, and techniques, and then progress to more advanced recipes and techniques. You will also learn about different types of chocolate, how to make chocolate decorations, ganache and how to temper chocolate. You will learn how to make pastry cream, buttercream and meringue, which are the base for many desserts.

Pastry Making : In this class, you will learn how to make a variety of delicious pastries.

Baking class: In this class you will learn how to make a variety of cakes including bread, you'll start by learning the basics of ingredients, equipment, and techniques, and then progress to more advanced recipes and techniques. We offer this class in different levels, in the beginner level you will learn how to make basic cakes. In the intermediate level you will learn how to make birthday cakes. And in the advanced level, you will learn how to make wedding cakes and advanced cake decorating techniques.
